Spacious, wonderfully lit, centrally located 1 bedroom apartment for rent in central Toronto. There is a larger balcony with a scenic view of the city. All of Toronto is easily accessible by TTC, as College station is a 5 minute walk from the building. There is also the College street car line. 15 min walk from Yonge & Bloor and a 20 min walk to the Eaton Center. There is also the lovely botanical garden, open daily, in the park nearby. It's a 20 min walk to the Don Valley, which is where I take most of my nature walks. Amenities: in building laundry, heating is included, hydro is extra, you need your own AC units (we're willing to part with ours cheaply), major appliances (fridge, stove/oven) come with the unit. My wife and I are looking to assign our lease. I couldn't be happier with the place at the price point, but sadly we must go as we no longer need to live in Toronto. due to Covid-19. It's an older build, the benefit of that is that we hear nothing from any of our neighbors. It's a great place to live for those who work downtown - this saved us 40 ttc trips/month per person. Plenty of storage/closet space.
