Charming, New build above garage apartment in Historic Downtown Pagosa Springs! Location is incredible as it is within walking distance to the main street shops, hot springs, Pagosa Springs High School, and Yamaguchi Park! This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with family room, dining area, and washer and dryer included! Has an attached 1 car garage and no HOA. Utilities are tenant responsibility as well as lawn maintenance, snow removal, and renter's insurance. Available for move-in the beginning of May! No Smoking. Pets considered with additional deposit of $300 and pet rent of $35. $35 Application fee per applicant over the age of 18 years old. Deposit is one month's rent with approved credit. Rent is $1,750 a month and we are looking for a year commitment. 1) The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and (2) if the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: (i) charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or (ii) charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
