Seeking roommate for a large, luxurious master bedroom + private bathroom in a modern, newly-built, three-story, 4 bedroom + 3.5 bathroom townhouse in the new Monroe Place development just off El Camino between Arastradero and San Antonio. This is easily one of the best and safest places to live in the area, and I'm sad to be leaving for family reasons. Details follow: The House: -------------- The house was built BRAND NEW and no one has lived in it before (we're the first tenants). The house features a large open plan living area and a massive kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (granite tops, island, dishwasher, refrigerator). It also has A/C and heating controlled individually on every floor, a two-car garage, in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of storage space in cabinets and closets, a shared BBQ grill outside for the community, and plenty of street parking for visitors. The house also has blazing-fast wireless internet (180Mbps speeds) and cable with HBO and other channels. Your Room: --------------- The bedroom is a luxurious, modern room with lots of windows and natural light. It features a private balcony, a private walk-in closet, and a magnificent bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. It can come furnished with brand new furniture to make your move easy. Furniture includes: - Black Ikea Malm full-size bed frame - Full-size memory foam mattress - Black Ikea Kallax shelving unit w/ two cabinets - Black Ikea Malm desk - Ergonomic rolling manager's chair - Four stand-up lamps The Roommates: --------------------- You'd be living with three other male roommates in their early 20s, all working at secure engineering jobs in the area. The all have their own private rooms and bathrooms, so you would not have to share with them. They enjoy being social and spending time together, but value quiet/private time as well. They're neat and responsible and are never in the way. Logistics: ------------ The place is available for move-in ASAP. You'd be taking over my lease, which ends in July 2015. No pets or smoking please. The rent is fixed at $1770/month, which is what I pay right now, and utilities are covered separately and will be split evenly among all four roommates.
