Woodland Lakes is a great place to call home. Amenities - including pool, gym, onsite trash compactor, stunning community center for resident rental, large curving sidewalks and beautiful landscaping is second to none! Maintenance is quick and efficient. Neighbors are friendly with a willingness to help, which builds confidence, trust, and a comforting sense of community. Woodland Lakes. Great choice!

I have only lived in Woodland Lakes for a few days, but so far so good! I made a move from the Northern Virginia/DC area and I had to rent an apartment from a distance, sight unseen. The staff in the leasing office answered all my questions and were always prompt in reply. They arranged to unlock my unit so I could move in during the weekend--the unit was very clean, with the exception of the floors, but a quick Swiffer remedied the issue. In general, the community is quiet. I do hear when my neighbors go up the stairs and occasionally can hear their music through the walls, but nothing out of the ordinary from living in an apartment complex. The apartment itself is spacious and has a lot of storage. I'll definitely update my review if anything changes, but I'm extremely pleased.
