Zoned Rogers School District for Fairview Elementary (1.5 miles). 1.1 miles from Razorback Greenway. Enjoy baseball/soccer fields, pickleball courts, dog park, splash pad, and playground at new 75-acre Mt. Hebron Park (1 mile away). Home has large living room with gas fireplace, high ceilings and eat-in kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, and lots of cabinet space. Primary bedroom has walk-in closet and attached bath has whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity with granite. Second bath has tub and granite vanity. The laundry room has additional cabinet storage and hookups. Non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (18+), credit and background check required.
