There is a small patio area at the entryway and then once you walk in the home, you will be in the large living room that is connected to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of cupboards, matching black and stainless steel appliances and black countertops. There is also a breakfast bar where you can put some barstools or chairs. There is a half bathroom down the hall and also access to the attached one car garage. When you go to the upper level of the unit, you'll see the washer and dryer, the two bedrooms and the other bathroom. Pets are allowed, but there some breed and weight restrictions. We do require a pet deposit of $500 per pet which will be refundable as long as the pet does not cause any damage. This townhome is located within a few miles of any type of shopping options that you would need. There are also parks, walking trails, lakes and restaurants such as Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse and Bambu Kitchen & Sushi.
