Hello! We have a room available for a 4 person household (including you). The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and everything was remodeled at most 2 years ago. The house includes washer/dryer, AC/heater, full kitchen, and a furnished living room. We also have an outside patio that we don't use much. The neighborhood has plenty of parking available and is very safe. The house is conveniently located near both the 60 and 10 freeways. Being close to LA allows you to never be bored on weekends. It's also close to USC/ELAC if you're a student. A little about your future housemates: -My name is Evan and I'm work part time QA and part time teaching. I'm a huge nerd and love playing all sorts of games. I also love to cook and I'll definitely cook for you if you have a good appetite. -Adam is working on his Masters at USC in Psychology. He's a great guitarist and is also a pretty big nerd. -Jerry works for Fox in Sports Production. He's a huge sports fan and is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. -Puma is Adam's dog and the house pet. He still thinks he's a puppy even though he's getting pretty old. The environment in our household is very chill. We're all very nice and we communicate issues diplomatically.
