We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,649 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required. One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with $35/cat pet rent. One or two dogs (breed restrictions apply) are acceptable with $35/dog pet rent. Maximum 2 animals total.
