All utilities are included except internet and propane gas. Conservative owner seeking to rent this barely used 2021 Heartland Elkridge 5th Wheel 2 bed 2 bath 40 foot long RV with 5 slide outs to preferably one individual. 5th Wheels have taller ceilings and feel more like a home! It's available to view anytime. It is located in Little Elm within a short walking distance to the lakeshore. It's waterfront! It's a nice finish on the inside and the outside has an awning with LED lights. It even has an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge! No warranty on the mini-fridge. There will be a small yard and shared mailbox with another tenant I have on the property. 5 minute drive to 35E!! With one year of on-time payments, the landlord will commit to adding a carport over your reserved parking spot. Come make this beautiful home yours before it's gone. I'm a very responsive and hands on landord. I might be willing to allow 1 very small/medium, quiet dog or 1 cat. I could furnish it lightly for an additional fee. All of the beds, couches and table and chairs are included in this price. There is an electric fireplace included that heats too. The hot water heater is a brand new tankless- uses propane to heat, so you have endless water!! There is a small entertainment center with couches in the living room. The location the RV is in the pictures is not where it is curently- I will be updating pics soon. It's not in an RV park. It's a nice private setting near Lake Lewisville. It has a small deck overlooking the lake. It's waterfront with a very short walk to the beach!
