Our entire 3 bedroom + 1 den with 1 bathroom home is temporarily available until June 15 for a nice family, students, or a few friends to rent. The house is located in a quiet family-friendly area in the Willingdon Heights areas. We're very close to Willingdon Heights Park and Willingdon Community Centre. It is an older home with 2 spacious bedrooms (teal and pink rooms) and a large living room with a gas fireplace on the main floor, 1 bedroom (red carpet room) and den (purple carpet room) in the basement, and AC for the warmer summer months. The house has a full-sized washer and dryer in the basement and a carport in the back. Both the front yard and large backyard are included for tenant use. Utilities such as water, electricity, and gas are included. The tenant will be responsible for getting their own internet and TV services, as well as light yard maintenance, and putting out the garbage, green bins, and recycling. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No drugs, smoking in the house, or cultivation of cannabis on the property, please.
