The city of Aurora is only allowing 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor to be used for sleeping but you can use all the other rooms for whatever else you want. Some are in the finished basement. The house has a 1.5 car garage. There is one full bath and one half bath. Requirements: -First months rent, and a months security deposit totaling $3400 will get you moved in. Please only call if you have the money available today. -You must have a combined family income of at least $5500 per month to qualify. -Available NOW!!!
