This is on the 4th floor of an elevator building in a gated community “glenlake condominiums”. anita is looking for a roommate to take the master bedroom (you would furnish your bedroom) and master bathroom (both of your rooms are BIGGER than hers ) and half the kitchen cabinets and drawers are now empty and waiting for you! of course you are also welcome to bring some common room furniture to share if you would like. anita is retired but very independent and keeps her self busy; she is super laid-back and really funny she has no pets no kids she doesn’t smoke she’s widowed & enjoys daily outdoor exersize , lunch with friends, weekly organized card games or dominoes, she enjoys regular excursions to the mall or farmers market. She prefers to eat on the healthy side and is very reasonable and fun loving. she was looking for someone to move in ASAP as the space is available now. The rent is $850 with ALL utilities included; gas electric internet WiFi cable tv (also private parking spot is available!) this bright and sunny condo has central AC , dishwasher and free laundry in unit, smoking outside on the balcony is ok. anita has no pets but welcome a SMALL well trained dog or a cat..Anita is looking for someone who can pass a credit check with 650 minimum credit score and that is willing to sign a one-year lease . There is no security deposit, only a one time $350 nonrefundable move-in fee.
