This spacious town home was designed with you in mind! Available Sept 15, 2025- End of April 2026 for a 8 month lease. We fashioned this home with an open floor plan and many added comforts for a memorable vacation get away. Come relax and unwind in our cozy and comfortable Bozone Bliss! This charming townhome was custom built as a long term rental! Now that it is fully furnished (with all new furnishings) we have decided to make it into a vacation rental. We've included top of the line linens, and plush Sealy Merriment KING mattress for the master suite, as well as plush Sealy queen mattresses for the other two rooms. It can sleep 8 guests, with a pull out "queen sofa bed" in the downstairs living room. For your added comfort and ambience, this modern town home has an electric fireplace in the living room, and an air-conditioner upstairs in the master bedroom. Spacious single car garage with garage opener, driveway parking, and street parking available. Our charming condo also furnishes all necessary household amenities, such as washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book or enjoy streaming movies on our flat screen smart tv's. Complete with high speed internet. Please note that you will need to use your own movie accounts when streaming. Come enjoy all that Bozeman has to offer in your home-away-from-home. Relax and unwind in our NEW clean and very comfortable Bozeman escape! Please note this townhome has CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING and stays pleasantly cool in the summer. This cozy retreat is "conveniently" located in a family friendly neighborhood steps from a playground, park, and walking trails. Four groceries, a fish market, banks, gas stations, and the Gallatin Valley Mall are all within a short bike ride or up to a five-minute drive, as well as a ten minute drive to downtown Bozeman and MSU. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED EXCEPT HEAT/ELECTRIC $50 background application per applicant to qualify. $2600 security deposit. *WE ARE NOT ALLOWING CO-SIGNERS Cleaning fee will be expected at the end of the lease depending on how the unit is left.
