I moved into 19th and Graf about 5 months ago and all i can say are great things. The apartments are very clean and kept nice. The staff is very helpful with any needs you have, especially the maintenance team. Which responded in less than an hour to my maintenance request! Their amenities are phenomenal and about to get better.

We’ve been here for a little over two weeks and it’s been great! We love the spacious floor plan. We go down to the grill and cook our dinner almost every night with our dog where we’re greeted by all of our surrounding neighbors dogs! Corn hole & ping pong are a plus! Friendly community with great & convenient amenities to come home to after a long day at work!
