The newly renovated cottage, is located off State Rt. 54A at (formerly 42) 420 Crescent Beach Dr, at the northern end of the West branch of Keuka Lake about 1.5 miles from Branckport and 10 miles from Penn Yan. 2012 rebuilt enclosed porch. This includes a view of Bluff Point and the eastern branch which is nearly 10 miles away. 2017 brought a rebuild of the entrance porch and bathroom areas. The cottage is situated on a level location from the 4 car parking area on the north, to the cottage, and then gently slopes to the water\'s edge. There are two small steps to the north entrance and a 2 step entrance to a newly constructed outside deck, on the the west. The 55 - foot frontage is a fine-pebble beach which provides easy access to shallow water. -- LID 45002564
