Residency may be denied due to poor credit history. Contingent on your credit score, additional security deposit may be required. Two Years of Good Rental History: Rental history must show that resident has paid rent on time, and does not have a history of nonsufficient funds (NSF), late rent payments, evictions, broken leases, damage to the residence, or an outstanding balance due to a previous landlord. If you have no prior rental history then an additional security deposit may be required. Verifiable Employment & Income: Minimum of three times the monthly rent is required.
