There is also a large amount of storage closet space along with a FULL SIZE FRONT LOADING WASHER & DRYER. 2 large closets in large bedroom. Has a side patio off of the bedroom and patio in front of the apartment. No smoking of any kind inside the home but outside is ok. Own address with mailbox out front. Apartment is ready for immediate move in. Looking for a 12 month lease but shorter lease terms are negotiable with an increase in monthly rent. Pets are negotiable.
