This open-concept home features a bright, airy layout, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a primary suite complete with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Please note that up to two dogs or cats are permitted, with a combined weight not exceeding 40 pounds, and all pets must be registered with the Manager. Bella Villino V offers extensive amenities, including a heated pool and spa/hot tub, a fitness center, a tennis court, indoor racquetball/basketball courts, billiard room with a foosball table, gas grills, picnic areas, a car center and a clubhouse with an onsite manager. Washer and dryer are provided in the condo, please note that the owner is not responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements. A flat monthly fee of $50.00 will be charged for water. Sorry, the owner of this property does not accept government housing voucher programs. To move-in: $50 application fee PER tenant 18+ years of age. First month's rent.
