Friendly neighbors in small suburb area. Required rent-to-income maximum of 40% of gross income and credit score at or above 650 must be shown for acceptance. Passing background check also required. Note: Property does have a mother-in-law suite in basement not offered with rental. This space does share the same backyard and has it's own parking space but does not interfere with rest of rental. Suite is newly constructed with extra insulation to greatly reduce any noise transfer between units.
