Stainless steel appliances include – refrigerators, range, dishwasher, & microwave provided, and washer/dryer hooks up. Washer/dryer are available for an additional fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, to include electric, gas, water, trash, and communications. Management is responsible for landscaping & irrigation. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $400, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. 2 pet maximum, management reserves the right to exclude some animals without notice or cause.
