Unique in its design and beauty, it was designed by the Minneapolis firm of RoehrSchmitt Architects and built by Palisade Homes of Two Harbors in 2010 with care taken to open up the house to the surrounding nature. A single space garage parking provided. The other space occupied by owner's boat. Plenty of outdoor parking. Very fast fiber optic Internet. Tenant responsible for electric, propane, Internet, snow removal and garbage pickup bills. No water bills. Water comes from well, which tastes fantastic! Home has a separate fully-furnished unit in the basement, with an independent entrance, that can also to be rented out temporarily if needed.
