What to Expect When Applying We carefully review all applications and select the best-qualified applicant—not first come, first served. Application Fees Are Nonrefundable. Central Street, Knoxville, Tn 37917 Pets Welcome We’re pet-friendly! A $25 pet screening fee is required at application. * Under 50 lbs: $300 nonrefundable pet fee + $25/month * Over 50 lbs: $500 nonrefundable pet fee + $50/month Fees, Deposits & Utilities Security deposits are based on credit, background, and rental history, with deposit-free options available through Obligo for qualified applicants. 20% of the security deposit will be held to cover cleaning post-move-out. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable. A one-time $100 admin fee is due at move-in, and utilities must be placed in the tenant’s name.
