Small dogs (less than 40 lbs) and cats allowed. $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance. No smoking allowed. The lot has space available for gardening. The home is walking access to gardening organizations (e.g., Allen Farmers Market & Hunter Park Garden House CSA) and driving access to others (e.g., Greater Lansing Food Bank's Garden Project). The City allows up to 4 chickens (no roosters) when in compliance with its ordinances (e.g., obtaining a permit and providing a proper enclosure). $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score.
