I'm looking for a roommate to take the spare bedroom of my 2-bedroom condo. The bedroom is roughly 9' x 11'. The condo has 2 bathrooms, and of course a living room + kitchen. Heat, electricity, internet and laundry are included. I use the master bedroom and have my own bathroom, so the other bathroom would pretty much be yours, except when guests visit. The bedroom you'd have has a closet, a big table, and a twin-sized bed. Fortunately, the bedrooms are on opposite side of the living room, so it affords more privacy for the both of us. The condo is conveniently located right above a Pricesmart grocery store, and has decent transit options right in front of it. You can also see a nice view of downtown from the balcony. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare parking spot. I'm 34, quiet, a non-smoker and non-drinker. I'm pretty introverted and keep to myself. I usually read, write, play games or watch movies/TV. For work I have a tech support job, and usually work a day shift. Please, no smokers and no pets.
