This small apartment complex is called the Armada Annex and features Spanish and Mediterranean accents and is conveniently located near historic downtown Venice with its quaint shops and outside cafes, Art Center, library, Community Center and Venice Theatre. This studio apartment has updated wood grain flooring throughout the living area and a nicely updated kitchen with a large granite kitchen countertop with breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. There is a patio and balcony located at the entrance. The community includes an on-site laundry facility. Water, sewer, and garbage are also included in the rent. We score every application. If an application doesn’t score high enough, the resident may be required to place the equivalent of two months’ rent in a security deposit.
