There's an unfinished basement that's great for storage and includes a washer and dryer. There's a detached 1 car garage included. Central AC/heat. Pets up to 50lbs are allowed with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. 12 month lease minimum. Renter Insurance required.
