(Deposit equal to one month's rent) Resident responsible for all utilities. Lawn care provided. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. $500 refundable pet deposit (+$150 for each additional pet) and $25/mo. pet rent, per pet. Some breeds are restricted. 3 pet maximum. Residents with a car repossession within the last 3 years will not be accepted. A reference from a previous landlord is required. References from friends or family members will not be accepted. We review any rental-related debts in collections. A double deposit may also be required for applicants with no rental or credit history. Co-signers must make 5x the monthly rent amount. $70 application fee per applicant (non-refundable). If approved, deposits must be paid promptly and will hold the property for a maximum of 7 days.
