Features some new carpeting, fresh paint throughout. Has a very spacious living room 18'2 x 11'9, dining room off kitchen, linen closet & 2 coat closets in hallway. Kitchen has lots of cabinets & newer, full size appliances with dishwasher, stove & 18 cubic feet fridge. New blinds included throughout. Master bedroom is huge (15'10x10'4), can accommodate a California King bedroom set w/plenty of room left! 2nd bedroom is also on main level (12x10'2) & has full size closets, 3rd bedroom (also huge!) is on the lower level. Resident pays all utilities. 12 month lease required. Up to two approved pets welcome, please ask for details on restrictions & fees. We are flexible with credit as long as applicants have good rental history & good rent payment history (no evictions or balances owed to previous landlords); we look for 3 times the rent in your gross monthly income & we do a basic background check. We charge only a $25 application fee per adult. We welcome qualified cosigners for full time students. $500 non-refundable holding fee will take duplex off the market & goes towards security deposit at time of move in, or is refunded if application can not be approved. Please note we are still working on the duplex, so the pictures posted are of the other (occupied) side of the duplex that was also rented out recently.
