The unit features a mini-split system with both AC and heating capabilities. This unit is suitable for a single person with no pets. We will consider arrangements for those with a small dog; however, an additional fee and a pet deposit of $500 will be applicable. The asking rent is $1,550 per month, and a $1,550 deposit is required. Included are all utilities, trash, and internet. We will also provide a microwave/oven & a hot plate. Renters will have designated parking & a separate mailbox. The furniture shown will be removed as it was staged for photos. You will need to get a gas washer/dryer, if desired. We added a mid size fridge to the unit.
