One of the nicer complexes in Yucaipa conveniently by the college and freeway/food. Quieter community very family friendly. When dealing with an issue regarding an upstairs neighbor that put me through a lot of hardship during my pregnancy the manager Claudia was very patient and always did her best to handle the situation. She corrects issues gracefully and has the best interest of the community at heart. Im happy to live somewhere where a manager is mature and cares for the residents well being. Thank you Claudia you make life easier
