Welcome to the beautiful Brunswick Beach seaside community in Lions Bay. We offer a cozy 1300 sqft house right across beach! Paradise just outside of the city. The home is newly renovated in 2022 and is completely furnished. It offers two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. One room with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a double bunkbed over top of the queen can be added. The new kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc, and a large island seating up to 5 people. The dining room table is right in front of the fireplace and seats 4 people comfortably and 6 with the extension. The living room has a large cozy sectional couch in front of the tv and kitchen. There is a work desk if you are working remotely. Large laundry room with countertop to fold clothes and tons of storage and closet space throughout the house. The bathroom offers a walk in shower, heated mirror and a heated bidet toilet with fan. There is a Tesla level 2 electric car wall charge. Detached shed great for a workshop or storage. Pets are welcome! The back yard is completely fenced and has a large private deck with outdoor couch and lounge chairs great for summer nights. A Bbq and a large outdoor table. The deck is a great place to have a gathering with tons of space and seating. There is a 7 person hot tub to enjoy after a dip in the ocean and a private outdoor shower to use afterwards. There is a very large driveway with room for up to 8 vehicles. Two stand up paddle boards are yours to use! We also offer our mooring buoy out front in the water for you to tie your boat up to. And yes we have a dinghy for you to row out to your boat. The beach is right out front. Our beach house offers so many world class activities right at your finger tips. Paddle board out front at the beach, cliff jumping and the rope swinging just down the beach, go on one of many beautiful hikes such as Tunnel bluffs, Lions Head, Mt. Brunswick, Howe Sound Crest trail, etc right from the front door! If you’re looking for a fresh meal, there is world class fishing, prawning right out front! Or simply sit at the beach and watch for wildlife such as our neighbouring eagles and herons, spot some whales, dolphins, seals and sea lions. Lions Bay is a wonderful community that offers a cafe, general store, marina, kids park, schools and a fire hall and ambulance station nearby. Many hikes and walks throughout the village are easily accessible. The is a bus loop right up the street that takes you south towards Vancouver or the ferry terminal. If you feel like exploring outside of Lions Bay, the options are endless. 35 minutes to downtown Vancouver, 10 minutes away from the ferry terminal, 20 minutes from Squamish and 50 minutes away from Whistler! Lease terms are flexible however we would ideally like to lease for a year minimum. Hydro to be paid by tenant. Reference, rental history, credit and employment check required. Security deposit is half month’s rent. Tenant insurance required. Non smoking house. Available for rent May 1.
