The kitchen is outfitted with a double oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and abundant counter and cabinet space. A half-bath off the living room is perfect for your guests. The upstairs is home to the second full bath, two bedrooms, and a large bonus room which could be used as office space. Incredible location: mere miles to grocery stores, gyms, and premier restaurants. The home has a separate basement apartment that is currently occupied but completely separate from this advertised unit and located on the other side of the home. Homeowners had a brand new HVAC system installed ~2.5 years ago which will keep the home at a perfect temperature year-round, and a brand new heater installed in 2026. Washer/dryer provided by landlord as tenant convenience item (not to be repaired or replaced if broken). Water, sewer, garbage are included in the rent. Tenant pays for electricity and natural gas (for the fireplace and heating). Internet service and/or landscaping can be provided by the landlord for $30/month per service. Electric service is sub-metered and billed to the tenant by the landlord. 18 to 24-month lease term is required. Minimum average household credit score of 700 required for approval.
