The kitchen as stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. The photos reflecting furniture are for staging purposes only and the house is only being leased unfurnished. The utilities are tenant responsibility, which includes electricity, water, and gas. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance. Landlord can provide lawn maintenance for an additional cost. There is a washer and dryer located in the house. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. The backyard is fully fenced. Note: pets will be considered w/pet fee of $300/pet.
