Starting February 15th, 2022 I need someone to fill my previous roommate’s room. I currently own a well-kept Townhome and have owned it since 2017. The townhome is located in San Diego, CA is a three-story 1500-sq ft 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath that includes a washer and dryer in-unit, air conditioning, all new appliances, extra storage space, assigned parking off-street in a gated community, pool/hot tub, a shaded front yard with grill and two balconies with a view. You will get your own private unfurnished large room (same size as the master bedroom) and your own private bathroom in this Tri-Level townhome. The rest of the house (Kitchen, Dining Room, living room) is fully furnished. The townhome is located in the College Park Townhomes at 3984 60th St. and is about 10-20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego (Gaslamp), and about 3-5 minutes from San Diego State University (SDSU) which is a total of 1.5 miles away. I am asking $1,250.00 a month which also includes Water, Trash, and Sewer. We would split the electric bill and internet (1G High Speed), which usually runs about $50-60 a month for electricity and $50 a piece of the internet. I am willing to do a 3-month or 6-month lease agreement. I am asking for the first/last month’s rent ($1,250.00 x 2) and a low $500-dollar security/deposit signed with a lease agreement (which will be prorated for the first month if you move in after February 15th). If you can’t swing the first and last month’s payment upfront, we can discuss a way around this. A little about me: My name is Nick, I am 29 years old, United States Coast Guard veteran who works in the real estate sector of San Diego. I have a degree from San Diego State University and love to do anything related to the water. I am very easygoing but also am a very neat and tidy, motivated person.
