Located in a convenient location, the home features one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and an open floorplan living/dining kitchen combo. For laundry, a stacked washer and dryer combo are provided. The stairway to this home is close to the off street, one car, parking space and is incorporated into the interior of the home- so your entrance is protected from the weather. The off street parking space is very convenient- just steps from the door. This unit does not come with a garage -- the garage is reserved for the use of the tenants in the main home. This unit is built over the garage of the main home and the one shared wall is the stairway/laundry wall on one side and the master bath on the other- so limited noise issues. The unit does not have dedicated outdoor space but there is a lovely neighborhood park nearby. This unit is firmly no smoking and no pets.
