Amenities included are central heat, deck, hardwood floors, storage, washer & dryer hook ups in basement and great large back yard. Fridge and stove are the only appliances included in the rental. Utilities included are heat, internet, water and sewer. Trash removal, plowing and lawn care also included. Tenant only pays electric. This unit is pet friendly for well behaved small to medium size dogs only. None of the "aggressive breeds" listed on this site https topdogtips com aggressive-dog-breeds are allowed or any other dog we don't want to accept. In the end it is up to the landlord/staff to make a final decision if we'll take your dog(s) in our rental. If you have a female/spayed/well trained indoor cat, we may consider it. This unit will be available approximately the first to second week of September 2022. Hoping to have it ready for September 1, 2022. Monthly rent is $1,200. A security deposit of $1000 is required also. Total amount due to move into this unit is $3400.00 at or before taking control of the unit. This included first months rent, last months rent and the security deposit. This amount does not included a one time pet fee of $250/pet if you choose to have a dog(s).
