A custom media wall with fluted wood accents provides built-in storage and a dedicated work-from-home desk area with peaceful courtyard views. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, a new toilet, and a new vanity with mirrored storage and natural light. The bedroom offers a large built-in wardrobe, bedside lighting, and additional drawers for ample storage. The condo can be semi-furnished (optional) with a dining table and chairs, an ergonomic desk chair, and a chest of drawers—just bring your bed and couch. Located on the second floor overlooking a leafy central courtyard with mature trees and benches. One assigned parking space is included, with additional visitor parking available. Ideally situated in the heart of South Tampa, just minutes from Hyde Park, SOHO, Bayshore Boulevard, the University of Tampa, downtown Tampa, and the airport. Water is included in the rent. If you decide to apply for one of our properties: Screening includes credit/background check, income verification of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent and rental history verification.
