It's a two bedroom, 1 bath unit in a four plex with wonderful neighbors. Great Metairie location, convenient to everything, and most of all safe! All rooms have beautiful refinished hardwood floors (except the kitchen and baths of course). Plenty of closet space! The closets are huge and there are a total of three of them. One in each bedroom, and a nice sized hall closet. The kitchen is very nice sized, has fridge. Plenty of cabinet space too. Gas stove and oven. Covered parking spot! Fenced in backyard. Laundry area is located in the rear and it comes with a washer and dryer. 1 year lease $1000 per month plus 1 month deposit. No vouchers.
