Hold up. Stop scrolling. Put down that matcha because this unit just came in, and it's uh-mazing, First of all, it's drop-dead gorgeous. Like your mama on her wedding day, or like that cheese pizza that your inconsiderate coworker brings into the office to share, while you sit in your cubicle eating carrot sticks and broccoli like the healthy & responsible adult you are. Everyone knows carbs are of the devil. Mmmm, carbs. Anyway, back to this unit. Nothing but good vibes here. There's new paint everywhere, gorgeous wood flooring, and recessed lighting in every single room. The two small bedrooms include wall-mounted A/C units, and one bedroom features a closet with designer frosted glass doors (no closet in 2nd bedroom). The open-space concept kitchen is to die for. Quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets, and all new stainless steel appliances, make this the place you'll be inspired to finally try all those healthy meals you've been pinning on Pinterest, like quinoa arugula salad and lentil bolognese (whatever that is). But definitely not pizza. Nope. But wait, there's even more. Off the main dining room, there's a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning latte or evening cocktail in the blissful fresh air. There's shared laundry on site, and one included parking space! Small pets will be considered with additional deposit, which only makes sense as they are part of the family too. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the 405 and Venice, you've got easy access to all things westside, downtown Culver City, the 10 freeway, and tons of nearby shop, bars and restaurants, Trader Joe's, Arclight Cinema, and more. I bet I could find pizza places nearby, but I'm not looking. Please come check this one out soon, it's not going to last long!
