Great Cottage style in convenient location only minutes to Downtown Chattanooga, North Chattanooga, Hixson, Hospitals and Shopping. Bigger than it looks with master bedroom with sitting/ office area and good sized attached full bath. Nice 2nd bedroom and the 2nd full bath. Comfortable living room, kitchen with lots of cabinets and counters and built in pantry. Off the kitchen is the separate dining room with bayed window, laminate flooring large enough that it is also being used as an office area or 3rd bedroom as well. Great level fenced in backyard. Don't let this one pass you by! Pet friendly certain breeds, fees, and restrictions apply Pet Rent 25.00 per month per pet Please contract Empire Property Realty LLC to schedule an appointment (423-531-4444). If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $50 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. 600 Credit Score and favorable work and rental history will be required.
