Current video walkthrough and photos are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Walking into the home you will find a large living room, through that is a large kitchen with dining area and quarter bath. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms including a very large primary. Full bath is located in the hallway. Downstairs you have a family room or office space, the other half is storage/laundry. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow as well as all utilities. 1 Car garage is included as well as parking in the back, garage does not have a power garage door. Fenced Yard! Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
