Also there are great schools close , SanMarcos High , MonteVista Elementary , and Lacollina Middle . The beaches close are Lead Better and Goletta . I am seeking responsible tenants that can pay the rent . I will not tolerate any partying and loud noise . This is a very quiet residental area . Thanks
