Most homes in residential zoning do not allow more than 3 unrelated to live there. City law says that Dwelling units located in (RS) Single-Dwelling Residential zoned districts are permitted to be occupied by a family unit that is related by blood, marriage or adoption or by no more than three-unrelated persons. Some properties that we manage do allow 4 or more so if looking for a property like that, please ask us which properties we have available with that zoning.
