This house is absolutely adorable and clean as a whistle! Vacant and ready for occupancy with approved screening Ranch style with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Slab on grade. Newer furnace and A/C installed Sept 2021. Newer carpet in the living room and both bedrooms. Interior has neutral color paint. Windows have all been updated. Kitchen includes range, refrigerator and microwave. Tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Just off the kitchen are the mechanicals and laundry, the washer and dryer are included. Garage is oversized and fits one car plus lots of toys. No electricity, no opener in garage.. Fenced rear yard with mature trees. One small pet under 30 pounds with additional fees and monthly pet rent required. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. New driveway was installed Fall of 2021.
