Newly renovated apartment. Completely new bathroom, windows, flooring, countertops, fixtures, etc. Off-street private parking. This apartment has heating and air conditioning. All utilities are included: gas, electricity, water, and trash. This is a quiet apartment. If you are noisy, please look elsewhere. Tenant Requirements: 1. Credit and background check required with a 650 credit score 2. Reference from a previous landlord required (no 1st-time renters unless you owned your previous home and have a good credit score. 3. No bankruptcy or evictions (no exceptions) 4. A holding deposit of one month's rent is required to stop showing the apartment. This holding deposit will go on to become the security deposit. We will keep showing the apartment until the funds are received. Immediate funds are preferred via cashier check or money order. If funds are checks or ACH then the landlord will need to wait until the funds clear. In order to move into the apartment the lessee will need to pay a holding deposit and sign the lease. 5. The monthly rent for the apartment must be paid via ACH. 6. Pet Policy: Cats and dogs below 20 pounds only. There will be a non-refundable $300 pet deposit in addition to a monthly $20 fee added to your monthly payment. 7. Renters insurance is required, as is pet insuracne if you have a pet. 7. One year lease required. Nothing shorter. Before you start your application: Please be prepared to pay the $35 application fee. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income (last 3 pay stubs or checking accounts statements). To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and your combined gross income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
