A 7-minute walk to bus stop that takes you all over the city. Within walking distance there are lots of food options like MCP Uptown, Thai, Mexican, or Chinese food spots as well. Willing to consider small pets on a case by case basis and adds a non-refundable $200 fee. Note: Currently undergoing renovation of outside stucco, yard, and foundation.
