There are 4 large bedrooms to choose from, two sharing a Jack and Jill bath with tile floor. Every room has large closets and again, all the original wood flooring remains and varies from wide Pumpkin Pine, Cherry and Oak. The kitchen is new with a center island and beautiful natural wood cabinetry, original wood floors and a lovely space overlooking the yard for your breakfast table. The electrical service has been completed redone and upgraded. There is a washer/dryer hook up on the first floor in a small laundry room. Outside take time to enjoy the covered side porch, and flat private yard. Conviently located just 12 miles to Burlington. Easy commute to UVM, the hospital, South Burlington, Williston, Middlebury, etc Inside the spacious home it’s quiet and easy to forget that you are on a major road (that is always plowed first:) Enjot the excellent school systems and community of Charlotte. Plenty of space to garden. Kept cozy with baseboard hot water radiators. Utilities/trash are extra. Shared plow costs. This site wouldn’t let me add but initial lease it till June 2027 and then renewable year by year from there. This home does have an ADU with separate entrance and utilities not included in the rental. Showings may be available outside listed times.
