This is a quaint guest house in Piru. The house is at the back end of the lot. There is a 3-bedroom house in front. The guest house is privately gated and has a very large yard. Located about 15 minutes due west of I-5 on the 126 highway you will enjoy the convenience of being "close to everything" but you will still feel like you live in the country. There are multiple fruit stands nearby (John's favorite so we had to put that in here) as well as access to Piru Lake just up the road.
