The unit has been updated extensively, including 1 year old appliances, paint, electric panel, and pressure regulator valve, and less than 4 year old furnace, brand new carpet, tile, and windows. Other improvements include a modern, open floor plan, a finished basement, a soaker tub, and a code-entry front door lock. Two off-street parking spaces included through HOA, one covered, along with two pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. Rent directly from the owners. This was our home until we moved north for a shorter commute, and is the only property we are renting, so you can expect easy and fast communication. Cherry Creek School District. Easy commute to DTC or the Anschutz Medical Campus. Literally feet away from an RTD bus stop. Pets allowed with $300 pet deposit plus $35 pet rent. 2x income and a credit check required. 3x income strongly preferred. Negotiable term, but looking for long term tenants, so 9 months+ preferred. Water, sewage, trash, gas included in rent. Renter pays internet and electric. No smoking inside property, smoking outside is allowed. Security Deposit amount determined by the owner.
