Unless you have a smaller car, it is really more of a shed. The yard. Oh my goodness the yard. There is a HUGE established garden with the richest soil in the area. The grass is perfect. The landscaping is spectacular. The manicured fire pit at the back of the property will be used many, many nights. If you like outdoor space, this is THE property for you. My bush and tree guy will continue to work the landscaping, the lawn mowing is the tenants responsibility, but I strong would encourage you to use my service. Tenant pays all utilities. Gas, Electric, and City Utilities (Water). Tenant is responsible for the yard, mowing, leaves/fall clean up, and snow removal. This is a home, not an apartment.
